Dennis Waters

Mr. Waters has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. He has worked as a Programmer/Analyst, Business Analyst, Programming Manager, Team Leader, Project Manager, J2EE Architect, and Senior Project Manager in the software, healthcare, catalog, manufacturing and banking industries.

He is a Sun Certified Java Programmer.
